Pork shoulder cut into strips and marinated in a soy sauce for a few minutes. After it was marinated, I heat up the pan and cooked in an olive oil added with garlic, peas, carrots, peppers and I garnish it with green onions. I am really happy how this picture turns out as much as I enjoyed the dish itself.

Cockle Clams Stew in a Saucepan
Thought I might share this picture to the world for the seafood lover to see. I love seafood and especially clams, so I enjoy and savor it whenever I get a chance to have it. This picture is a cockle clams stew in a saucepan with water, bok choy and other ingredients. I enjoyed eating this dish and I am looking forward on cooking it again. It filled my hungry tummy and it's so yummy.

Huge Buddha Statue
A huge Buddha Statue on top of the Hill overlooking the Ocean.I took this picture at Waikoloa Hilton Hotel in Hawaii. This is just one of the must see statue when you are planning to have a vacation in Kona Hawaii. Some people lay on the grass near the Buddha while waiting for the gorgeous sunset. Warm weather, green grass and nice cool breeze, what more can you ask for a vacation.

A close up photo taken of a white Plumeria in a tropical country of Hawaii. This flower is also called as Kalachuchi in Asia. The green leaves and the bloom of Plumeria is what captured my attention. I decided to take a closer snap of this flower because it is very alluring and it defines it's beauty more.
